What is blueMSG?

  • BlueBubbles is a powerful ecosystem that brings iMessage capabilities to non-Apple devices and platforms. It works by running a server application on a Mac computer that acts as a bridge between Apple's iMessage service and other platforms, allowing you to send and receive iMessages from anywhere. This integration connects BlueBubbles with your CRM, enabling seamless iMessage communication directly from your business workflows.

What is the cost?

  • We charge per message and we have some additional per message fees for transcriptions, video messages, and workflow triggers/actions.

  • The pricing of our billing meters are shown in the app marketplace prior to installing the app. Your rates are set by your CRM administration.

  • First, Install this application in the App Marketplace. We will create a menu link in your CRM with additional details and installation instructions.

  • We only charge per inbound/outbound message. We do not have a base subscription for self-hosted users. Compare this to paying $29/month per phone with other services.

  • We offer a hosted virtual machine service for a subscription. This is if you don't want to keep the app running 24/7 on a home computer.

  • We proudly and openly state that we are a direct integration for BlueBubbles.app - These are the original developers who have created an open source product around iMessage. Every other platform whitelabels their code and we simply integrate with it.

Known Limitations

  • There are two versions: Public API and Private API. If you use the public API then it will have less features. Refer to our application for details and how we support the various features of BlueBubbles.

  • We limit 50 new contacts per day, per device. This is in line with other similar services to reduce anyone using it for spam purposes.

  • You must bring your own device. We are an integration service. Our hosting services provide a mac server to keep the app running in the cloud, but you still need an iPhone.

Do You Offer Help/Support?

  • We offer Q/A support for those installing the application and requesting hosted servers from us.

  • BlueBubbles advanced features requires additional technical setup for self-hosting. Message us and we will help as much as we can.
