Sales/Support is available Monday Through Friday, 9am to 5pm, EST Zone using our chat widget. Requests from the weekend will be answered the first business day. Please give our support desk up to 24 to 48 hours to respond to email tickets. Enterprise client subscribers can have faster responses.

We only offer support and expert Q/A to our active subscribers and lifetime deal purchasers. Users of our free applications that are not subscribed will be asked to do-so, but we encourage you to report bugs/outages.

If you are a subscriber, you can manage or cancel your subscription below with Stripe.

If you have purchased/subscribed to an app in the App Marketplace you can only cancel inside the platform. Open the widget to chat with support.
